What is our repair policy?

We value your business and know that you have invested in a quality product. Because we produce locally we will happily repair any manufacturing faults within one year of purchase date.

We know that you will miss your your bag, and we will try to get it back as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs to be made. Please contact us at customerservice@shopcorrente.com to address repair issue.

All repairs must be shipped to the address below, we will not take any repairs at the store or any events we participate in.
