What is your shipping policy? 

We use UPS for all domestic shipping. For purchases over $200 anywhere in the continental U.S. ground shipping is on the house. If you would prefer a faster delivery time you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees. All domestic shipping is insured by UPS.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at your expense. Please email customerservice@shopcorrente.com to place an order with international shipping requirements.

We use United States Postal Service priority for international shipping.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

We will do everything possible to ensure your bag is delivered quickly and in it’s original condition, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.


How long does it take for an order to be shipped and how can I track it?

Please allow up to 5 working days for a stocked item to be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S via UPS ground shipping.

Items not in stock will have wait times indicated in bold at the bottom of the product page. These items usually ship within the indicated time frame, but sometimes there are delays.

If your shipment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. If you have any questions regarding the delivery status of your order please email customerservice@shopcorrente.com


Return policy?

If you are not totally in love with Corrente purchase you have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return it for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees, a store credit, or product exchange.

In order to receive a refund, product must be unused and in it’s original condition. Condition is at our discretion, and no partial refunds will be given. If we do not think a refund is appropriate we will contact you.

Returns are for online purchases only, any purchase bought at the store or any event is for exchange only.

Please not we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and advise you to insure your shipment for its full value. 

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your refund to be processed.

Do bags come with a warranty?

We value your business and know that you have invested in a quality product. Because we produce locally we will happily repair any manufacturing faults within one year of purchase date.

We know that you will miss your your bag, and we will try to get it back as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs to be made.

How do I care for my bag?

All Corrente bags are made using high quality leather. Leather is a natural material - that is what makes it so appealing and allows for a variety of colors and textures.

We love how leather darkens and breaks-in with age, but if you feel as though your bag needs to be cleaned or reconditioned we recommend taking it to your local shoe repair for treatment advice.


What payment methods are available and is your website secure?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal payments.

Our website and shopping cart utilize SSL technology, and we do everything in our power to maintain the security of your personal information.


Will I be charged sales tax?
 

All orders sent to New York state addresses will be charged sales tax.
